Thesis Capstone - Office

Fanshawe College, School of Design faculty requests a personalized office space that provides a sense of community and security. The space is to promote productivity and enhance the user's well-being. This space may also be utilized by the students at the design school. Faculties, such as Interior Design can host their Thesis Capstone presentations and Year End Shows in this space.

This design will ensure that employees well feel more productive within their working environment. The designs will incorporate innovative open concept office spaces and intergrade a variety of working stations. These design solutions integrate activity-based working, noise control, biophilic design, ergonomics, and lighting features.
